The Extended Service

This is an ongoing service and develops the relationship between Stage Systems and our customers even further, offering additional services to care for and maintain the products.

Once the completed project has been handed over to the customer, the installed Stage Systems products will have been checked and tested to ensure their effective and safe use. These Stage Systems products can have an extended service added with:

• Demonstrations and training
• Ongoing advice and assistance
• Maintenance contracts

Maintenance contracts offer a complete maintenance service with a choice of levels and periods. The contracts include:

• Visits to site
• Servicing and checks (checking and replacing relevant components)
• Cleaning (of electrics)
• Safety checks
• Checks on operation of equipment
