With the Total Drama Solutions team at Stage Systems having such a hectic schedule there was a requirement for an additional member of staff, so Stage Systems looked to take on an apprentice.

An apprenticeship is a great way to employ new members of staff of all ages allowing them to train and work at the same time, receiving excellent on the job training and being paid! Connor Stevenson has joined Stage Systems on a year’s apprenticeship. Working full time hours he is being trained at Stage Systems in a variety of aspects of the business  as well as learning and experiencing various computer packages including  Microsoft Word & Excel as well as CAD for producing drawings and designs.

As part of his training Connor also attends external training sessions to support his NVQ levels 2 & 3 that he will be awarded with at the end of his year, giving him a great start to his career with business experience plus a highly regarded qualification.
