A talented stage performance
Highview's got talent!
This is stating a fact as well as being the title for a recent successful event. This primary school based in Surrey has demonstrated the brilliant ability of its children through a fun filled show, exploring a variety of performances by members of the junior classes. The songs, dances and other acts were performed to the rest of the school and carefully watched by a panel of judges, made up of a variety of school staff.
The event illustrated the true talent and star quality within the school, and was itself performed on stage with its own resourceful qualities. Q-build was used to construct the stage, with reversible carpeted decks, accompanied by steps and handrails, and the judges were also raised on a smaller arrangement of Q-build. The design of Q-build allows the staging to be configured in a variety of formats, large or small, single or multi-level.
Replacing their old heavy, big and bulky stage, Q-build with lightweight modular frames and decks that can be formatted in a variety of configurations, and Highview use it for many different activities. On a weekly basis for choir practice and class assemblies, plus it is used in large and small formats and in different shapes for plays, productions and fairs. Due to its simple construction and storage design is used on an impromptu basis, utilising the hall for many additional purposes.
The whole school use it in some way or another, from nursery to year 6 and each performance platform can now be individually modified.
