Stage Systems' height

Arriving in a white horse-drawn carriage, Joan Collins turned on the 2007 Christmas lights in London's Burlington Arcade.
Famed for her Dynasty role, the star delighted the crowds as the stunning festive lights illuminated Britain's very first shopping Arcade, Burlington. Personally fond of the Arcade, she wished everyone "a very glamorous" Christmas and accepted a cheque from the Burlington Arcade for £10,000 on behalf of The Variety Club.
With true Christmas flavour for all the senses there were freshly roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, seasonal music and all the shops adorned with glittering decorations. Joan was raised from the crowds by a Stage Systems' staging platform, giving her the height to be safe yet visible.
Cheers went up as the lights went on and another Christmas tradition completed. The lights will continue to be illuminated during the hours of darkness until the New Year, and staging is available from Stage Systems for all seasons.
