Stage Systems have been providing staging solutions and improving creative spaces for performances, presentations and events for over 50 years. The Company began as a family run business and is now part of the large interior fit out company Havelock International Limited, based in Scotland. Our offices are based in Loughborough, Leicestershire and run by General Manager, Ian Watson.
Portable staging from Stage Systems creates semi-permanent performance platforms. Simple designs from kits, standard stock or bespoke solutions produce excellent results with flat, multi-height and tiering systems.
We pride ourselves on bringing spaces to life with creative designs in primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, conference centres, hotels and businesses as well as churches, halls and community centres – anywhere that needs a raised floor.

The quality of our products are designed with longevity in mind, we offer long guarantees on all products ranging from 10 – 15 years. We have clients who are still using (and adding to) their equipment after 20 years or more.
We offer staging solutions for all budgets, ranging from a few hundred pounds up to large scale project works.
Our design staff will work with clients to provide customised solutions based on their available space and budget. We can supply detailed drawings together with personal consultations and demonstrations as part of our services.
Our best-selling Q-build portable staging has been purchased by over 45% of Primary Schools in England and remains a market leading product due to its ease of use, requiring no tools to build and easy storage solution.
We introduced educational furniture to our product range in 2017 which has received excellent feedback from the education sector.
As well as our range of staging and furniture solutions we offer the Q-link chair and Q-meeting office furniture, both of which can be stored on trolleys and designed to create a portable office environment, again, making the most of and transforming space.
