In May 2024, Stage Systems were contacted by Keleigh Atkin, the Chair and founding member of Serenade. Serenade are an all-women’s community choir based in Shepshed, Leicestershire.
They hold several events throughout the year raising money for local charities and required our assistance for their summer concert ‘Here Come The Girls’.
Serenade are fortunate enough to have access to Q-build staging from other local venues, however, required some extra items to create a full tiering block for their choir members, including handrails to the rear and both sides for safety.
Stage Systems and Serenade discussed different options with the space available at St Botolph’s Church in Shepshed, ahead of their concert and designed the perfect tiering which suited the event perfectly.
It has been a pleasure working with Serenade. Their charity of choice for this event was Loughborough Renal Unit, a cause that is very close to the heart of some of it’s members.
