Staging exceeds BS6366 requirements for loading: 7.5kN/m 2 or a minimum of 5kN/m 2 (for large, tiered layouts). The point load capacity is 500Kg / 100mm Block.

There are no tools required to dismantle the system. A single unit takes seconds to dismantle and stack on a wheeled trolley. An average stage of 3m x 6m at 500mm high can be built and dismantled in less than 30 minutes.

They are designed with Primary school children in mind for them to build and dismantle the stage so the equipment is light enough in weight for 2 children or a single adult to build.

Frames are joined together with plastic tie plates, either 2 hole or 4 hole tie plates which act as even spacers and simply hook onto the top of the frame, the deck is placed on top so the stage is secured into place in the layout of choice.

Q-build staging can be stacked onto a wheeled trolley, the trolleys when stacked create a footprint of 1m 2 . Please refer to the trolley options on the attached information sheet.

We would suggest 2 trolleys, one for your staging components and one for your handrails and any other accessories.

Yes, we also provide 2 versatile front rows of 277.5mm frames stacked together to make 500mm. You can therefore have a more versatile tiering block when changing layouts.

Please refer to our Price Guide for the full range of accessories. We are unique in that we can provide reversible decks (unavailable for bridge decks). This means that you can have different finishes on each side, such as carpet to one and plain on the other. We have a large range of carpet and paint finishes available. We can also adhere customers' choice finishes such as carpet or vinyl to the decks.

Other accessories include handrails, step units, drape rails, drapes, skirting, fascia, chair stop plates (for tiering), tri decks, step handrails, access ramps and spare tie plates and bungs. We can also incorporate a cable port into any deck.

Other items include a conductor’s podium, lecterns and dust covers for trolleys.

We have installed our staging into many places of worship in the last 55 years of trading and are able to overcome most obstacles including uneven floors and columns etc. We can cut decks and frames to size to fit snug around corners and also provide leg extensions, levellers and adjustable feet to accommodate this.

Q-build is guaranteed for up to 15 years. (Some of our customers are still using the equipment 30+ years on!)

We will always aim to work within your budget and offer discounts for orders above £1,000 (excluding delivery and VAT). We require a pre-payment of 50% prior to manufacture and the remaining 50% is due 30 days after installation or delivery.
We can look into phased payments but this would have to be agreed with a
Director. We offer a Price Beat Promise on like for like quotations, if you receive a better price for a like for like product/layout from another supplier, just supply us with the quote and we will aim to beat it.

Yes we offer a Safety Inspection of your equipment as often as required, we recommend annually. We will check everything is still in compliance and offer any ongoing advice. A full report is provided for your records.

Decks are completely flat and have drilled holes in all 4 corners, blind hole decks are also available, however, the holes are used for handrails and other accessories. Bungs are provided for any holes that are not used for accessories.

Yes, a full set of assembly instructions are sent as standard. We will also provide training if required.

Standard decks are reversible (bridge decks are not).
We offer a range of finishes such as carpet, vinyl, paint, stain or Clients own choice/purchase can be adhered to the decks (sample must be provided for testing).

We can replace and refurbish decks (once decks are checked for suitability).
