How to Care For and Maintain Your Q-build staging

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have improved our products to make them as hygienic as possible whilst being used and stored. The lacquer in which the deck panels in our Q-build staging kit are sprayed with, now contain a new slip-resistant antibacterial layer: Bio+Coat. Further information on this can be found here.

It is recommended that the staging is fully cleaned after each use with weak soapy water (ensure this does not contain any bleach) and a damp (not soaked) cloth. Allow decks to fully dry in the open-air before stacking.

To clean the metal frames, we recommend wiping or spraying these with a household detergent or antibacterial spray after each use. Allow these to air-dry before stacking.

Store your staging inside in a well ventilated, clean, dry environment.

All our stages are made from tubular mild steel making them strong, but light. For example, our Q-Build staging is 6kg for a frame and 7kg for a deck. Frames and decks are light enough for Primary school children to assist in building the stage. Please view our video for more information.

Most standard orders are delivered within 4 working weeks, special finishes take up to 6 working weeks and full bespoke systems 8-12 working weeks. Please get in touch with us if you need your staging quicker.
